News flash: our peanut butter is innocent

The peanut butter used in Izzybelle's Peanut Butter sauce is made from Texas and New Mexico-grown peanuts, which were not implicated in the recent salmonella outbreak.

We make seven flavors, all based on the same luscious, smooth dark chocolate recipe alive with the complexity and richness of the very best chocolate. We start with the best ingredients: natural or organic dairy products and flavorings, locally produced whenever possible. All our sauces are made using dark chocolate bars and cocoa from Scharffen Berger© Chocolate Maker. Our base recipe uses no additives, emulsifiers or corn syrup. We make our sauces in small batches and package them in re-usable containers.

Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, Izzybelle Chocolate LLC is owned by founders Karen and Jim Day. Our family has a passion for homemade chocolate sauce! Izzybelle is the product of thirty years of loving refinement.
